Engineers are required to have at least three years experience with large, multi-location networks. These men and women have years experience sitting in the "hot seat." We require them to keep their knowledge set current. Their yearly bonus depends on their completing at least two weeks of professional training and certification. All of our engineers are Novell CNE or Microsoft MCSE certified. Most have both. These advantages set SafeNET well above the typical outsourcing company or "head shop."
